Abstract Submission Deadline: September 20, 2026

ABSTRACTS WILL BE PRESENTED AS POSTER OR ORAL PRESENTATIONS.

Abstract submissions will be made online via the symposium website. Please pay attention to the following guidelines when submitting your abstract:

General Principles:

• Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system available on the Symposium website. Abstracts sent by post or fax will not be considered.

• Abstracts submitted to the Symposium must be presented in Turkish.

• Authors will receive an electronic confirmation once their abstract has been successfully submitted.

• Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Symposium Scientific Committee and at least two scientific reviewers. The Scientific Committee will decide on the acceptance of the abstracts, their suitability for presentation at the congress, and the presentation format.

• In order for an abstract to be accepted, the presenting author must be registered for the Symposium.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

• Poster presentations should be printed and brought in the dimensions of 50 cm (Width) x 70 cm (Height).

• Please click for a sample poster design.

• Your poster will be displayed in the Poster Area throughout the congress.
