Registration
The registration fee includes participation in the scientific sessions for 2 days, access to the exhibition and stand areas, symposium bag, coffee breaks and lunches included in the program, as well as printed and online materials.

A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
Specialist rates will apply to company representatives.
Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.

• Motto Tourism reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in taxes, duties, and charges that may arise regarding all fee items stated above.

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT & REFUND POLICY
All requests will be evaluated by the organizing committee in accordance with the cancellation policy, provided that they are submitted in writing to Motto Tourism.
If registration or accommodation cancellations are notified by May 10, 2026, a full refund will be provided.
For cancellation requests made between May 10 and June 10, a 50% deduction will be applied, and the remaining refundable amount will be paid after deduction of bank charges.
As of June 10, cancellations will no longer be accepted; however, name changes will be allowed.
Refunds will be processed after the congress.

PAYMENT & BANK DETAILS
If payment is made via bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent by e-mail to parlak@motto.tc. Your registration will be confirmed once your payment has been matched, and you will be informed accordingly.
Payments can be made in Euro. For payments made in Turkish Lira, the amount will be converted into Euro based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) foreign exchange buying rate on the payment date.
If payment is made by credit card, the charge will be processed within 3 business days.
